Our bus can cater for up to 13 passengers per bus. If you book in advance with a private tour, we can cater for larger groups by either using multiple buses or hiring a larger bus.
What are your minimum numbers for a booking?
We accept bookings of 1 to 13 passengers. If you are a small group we will try to put you on the bus with other people for a more enjoyable day. You will need a minimum of 8 passengers for your tour to be a private booking.
Can we have multiple pickups?
We do allow multiple pickups for larger private groups however we like to keep them to a minimum. It's preferable that you choose one location for your pick up.
When will we find out our pickup time?
We will contact you or your group approx. 2 days before your tour with an exact pickup time.
How do I book?
We have an online booking system, which shows which days and tours are available. Alternatively, you can send and online enquiry via our CONTACT US page , email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or you can call us on 0456 998 466.
The date I want isn't available online, what should I do?
If the date is not available then you can send an online enquiry to be waitlisted for that date. Sometimes it may be possible that we can organise for another bus to run even though its shows we are full online.
How can we pay for the tour?
You can pay online if you make your booking through our online booking system, otherwise, if you have emailed, called or sent an online enquiry, we will email you an invoice which has payment options such as Credit Card, PayPal or Direct Deposit.

We generally do not require a deposit, however we do require payment in full before you take the tour. If you have booked your tour in advance, this is generally 2 weeks before your tour.

You are allowed to transport home bottles that you may have purchased on your tour but there is no open alcohol or consumption of alcohol allowed on the bus while stationary or driving.
What if my friend who doesn't drink wants to come along, will they get a discount?
It's very common that we get non drinkers and pregnant passengers on our wine tours. We can reduce the cost for these passengers if notified in advance.
Can my child come along?
We have an 18+ policy on our public tours. If you have 8 or more people for a private tour, you are welcome to bring minors. Appropriate seating must be provided by yourself for infants.
Do I need to advise of dietary requirements in advance?
There is no need to let us know of your dietary requirements or allergies prior to the tour as this can be catered for on the day of the tour. We have flexile menu's that cater for a range of different requirements and your guide will call the chef and arrange something specific if required.
Do I need to bring anything along on the day?
Most of our tours include a two course lunch, plus we also provide snacks and bottled water on the bus, so you wont go hungry throughout the day. We recommend that if you are taking a tour between March and October that you bring a jacket along, Tamborine Mountain is usually 3-5 degrees cooler than Brisbane or the Gold Coast.
I really liked that wine we tried, can we buy any on the mountain?
You are able to purchase any bottles of wine that you enjoyed at any of our destinations. We will keep them safe for you on the bus throughout the day, just remember to pick them up before you leave the bus! If you really liked one of the wineries, most of them offer a members package which you can get great offers and deals, don't forget to ask on the day!
